Concise

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if everything in this world were concise? No loose ends, no promises not kept, politicians who didn’t go on and on instead of getting the people’s business done? Hey, even dummies who didn’t shut the government down over their socialist philosophy! Socialism? Where have I heard that term before? Oh yeah, the Soviet Union, China, Cuba, Venezuela, Colombia. Europe, even, now?

That is quite a list of tried and failed countries isn’t it? America going socialist? Over my dead body. I don’t have that much time left considering. But, I would like another fifty years. One can’t have everything though, can one?

Hey, Vietnam went communist to after hundreds of thousands of my brothers in arms paid for their freedom with their lives! Is this occurring here now? Me thinks it is. Me doesn’t like it a bit. Who will come and free Americans if this happens? Not a blessed soul! Not me because, like I said, I’ll be dead when this takes place. Hey, maybe they’ll dig me up and use me for a mascot! If I keep commenting this way that may happen.

Oh well, I’ve been through worse, much worse. Killing to make a point about freedom doesn’t sit well with me now that I am this age. I am going to not worry about it and leave it up to you. How ’bout them apples? Are there any real men left? I think there are. I think they just have been badgered so much that they don’t want to act like it. A generational difference if ever there was one.

Am I being concise enough? One question after another must leave you speechless. Hey, if I don’t ask who will? You will.
